Single Storey Detached Factory for Rent in Seelong, Senai

The factory

The production floor is one large open hall with a steel roof, skylights and a smooth concrete floor, so you can lay out machines and racks the way you need. There is a small built-in office on the floor and large roller shutters at the ends of the hall for loading. At 8 m, the ceiling leaves room for racking and an overhead crane, and 800 Amp is enough for most light and medium production lines.

Seelong lies east of Senai town in Kulai district. It is a mostly freehold industrial area close to the Senai–Desaru Expressway, Senai International Airport and the North–South Expressway, so you can reach Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang and the rest of the peninsula easily.
